WinMTR is a Free visual trace route program that is a Windows GUI application and is used to diagnose Packet Loss and Network issues.

You simply type in the host name or IP address and run the application.

WinMTR sends multiple requests to the server and gets an average response time. It also gives you a loss percentage (number of packets lost), number sent and received and average speed.

You can then export the data for troubleshooting.
